Double Gable Carport in Boronia

This picture perfect carport was constructed by Melbourne Carport Builders for a very fussy and specific client in suburban Boronia. The build went ahead smoothly, in our usual and efficient manner.

Every Carport may look similar at first glance, however, there are always small differences and variations in each and every build. This project was no exception!

The relevant building codes dictate a different set of requirement subject to the existing conditions in every build. We at Melbourne Carport Builders had to meet the compliance rules in building this Gabled Double Carport.

The rules are very long winded and varied, and they did force us back to the drawing board with a requirement to reduce its length 500mm to comply with a fire regulation. It is then left to us to explain “why?” to our client. It is this and other factors that dictate the final specifications.

As it turned out, the clients, Peter and Amorn now have a new home for their brand new Mazda and Ford, not to mention the added value and street appeal to their home. Both are extremely happy with the service provided by our team. Peter and Amorn can look forward to many years service in all conditions from this quality construction.
